On 18 March 2017 I wrote the following article about The Donald being on the receiving end of surveillance:-

Despite the statements of Senator Jim Himes of the ‘House Intelligence Committee’ which essentially confirmed that The Donald was ‘wrong again’, I provided the specific statute that would in fact enable ‘unlawful’ surveillance to occur ‘unchallenged’:-

“Presumably Obama would have convinced himself that Russians were the target and any collateral recordings of The Donald and his Administration (US Persons) were not substantial, which is how the issues can be fudged 🙂

“(B)there is no substantial likelihood that the surveillance will acquire the contents of any communication to which a United States person is a party; and””

House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunez 20170322

The specific paragraphs are the following:-

Nunes told reporters the conversations were “incidentally” collected as part of intelligence sweeps focusing on other people and implied that Trump was not the target of the surveillance operation.

He said he discovered accounts of conversations related to Trump and his associates when he was reviewing intelligence reports brought to him by an unidentified person — and said the information was not related to Russia.

“This is a normal, incidental collection, based on what I could collect,” Nunes said. “This appears to be all legally collected foreign intelligence under” the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

Nevertheless, Nunes said he alerted House Speaker Paul Ryan about the collection before he headed to the White House, adding: “I’m actually alarmed by it.”

‘Unmasking’ is the Issue

The actual concern is who was responsible for unmasking the names of the US citizens – that is an extremely serious issue. Given the fact that Obummer mysteriously modified Executive Order 12333 (United States Intelligence Activities) days before The Donald took over:-

Obummer’s motive was to get ‘raw data’ into the hands of more people, so that leaks would be harder to trace. There is usually a 60 day delay before the AG’s signature comes into effect in relation to certain types of legislation involving certain agencies.

Trey Gowdy on 20170320

Prerequisites

Two specific conditions needed to be met to spy on The Donald and leak it too:-

(a) FISA authorisation which ‘inadvertently swept’ up his communications;

(b) Relaxation of EO 12333 around 12 January 2017.

Obummer was involved with both (a) and (b).

Accordingly on 04 March 2017:-

The Donald may have not expressed it in the most technically correct manner but the bottom-line is that he was right, and of course so was I.

Conclusion

The important thing to remember is this – I have been involved in classified information security projects since 1993 – I was only 21yrs old then and now I am 45yrs old. As such I know how the defense industry really works thanks to hardcore experience over almost 25yrs!

Most of the top brass were not plunged in the deep end in their early twenties and this is why I can easily smell the various rats around me that are up to no good!

I watched an interesting video of Tucker Carlson, in which he had Senator Jim Himes on his show. Senator Himes is a member of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (“House Intelligence Committee”).

The Donald has accused President Obama of authorising electronic surveillance against him, and as usual the mainstream media has use the opportunity to rubbish The Donald by primarily stating that Obama has no power to do so and therefore there is no evidence. This assertion is strengthened by various deliberately misleading statements by senior members of the intelligence community.

Interview

In fact in the above interview at around 01:30 Senator Himes states (in relation to surveillance):-

“one thing that is for sure, though, and the nub of it is, if they do it would have been pursuant to a warrant issued by a judge, not by the command of President Obama, as you know that kind of surveillance only happens..”

Then at 05:40 he continues

“President does not have the authority to order a wiretap on anybody, and in fact if the president did that would be a severe violation..”

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act 1978

Both the above statements are FALSE as under FISA 1978 the President DOES have the authority:-

50 U.S. Code § 1802 - Electronic surveillance authorization without court order; certification by Attorney General; reports to Congressional committees; transmittal under seal;...of communication common carrier; applications; jurisdiction of court

“(a)(1)Notwithstanding any other law, the President, through the Attorney General, may authorize electronic surveillance without a court order under this subchapter to acquire foreign intelligence information for periods of up to one year if the Attorney General certifies in writing under oath that…”

Presumably Obama would have convinced himself that Russians were the target and any collateral recordings of The Donald and his Administration (US Persons) were not substantial, which is how the issues can be fudged 🙂

“(B)there is no substantial likelihood that the surveillance will acquire the contents of any communication to which a United States person is a party; and”

Evidence of Surveillance

The phrase ‘wire-tap’ is colloquial and does not literally mean the techniques used in the 1970s in which a physical telephone circuit had a physical object attached to it.

LOWER quality beliefs but PLENTY of them

Parties have gone to an INCREDIBLE amount of trouble to wipe key IP logs. Here is an example of one from Lower Plenty and relate to accessing of Rhodium servers and there are 11 of them in the space of 5mins. There were concomitant hacks as well:-

As I recall from the day, it may have been a Monday in Victoria and there were subsequent IP logs from Eltham Police Complex. Clearly the Melbourne Fraudsters want to get their lies and self-victimisation in early, I am STILL astonished that it is this this type of evidence that has been deliberately destroyed.

The new attorneys will obtain the information from the Police via Crime Fraud Exceptions and a host of other legislation, so it would be good for them to start collating it ahead of our requests 🙂

20170303 INITIAL London Calling – literally

From around 19:00 GMT on 03 March 2017 the UK came to me – I noticed it when I went to the GoDaddy website:-

Demonstrable by simply refreshing the browser. Note the SSL certificate status confirming active interception .

After refreshing browser, same page:-

Around 23:30 I made this quick video:-

Traceroute

As can be seen the traffic is passing from me at Hop 17 to Hop 1 which is the DNSStuff website.

At Hop 11 the packets have reached the US.

Filtering and rerouting is taking place at Hop 10:-

At Hop 11 the packets have reached the US.

and it is going to London for analysis, collection and enabling me to be hacked easily. My SSL sessions are decrypted at the first Hop in my direction (the ISP) as well.

At Hop 8 the process is completed and the traffic is then sent on its otherwise ‘merry way’ back to the US:-

At Hop 7 the packets (hopefully unmodified) ‘stay calm and carry on’ as if nothing has happened 🙂

My attorneys will obtain a Court Order against every hop, but we will start off with the UK. They will say ‘Knock Knock’ and see how the Authorisations were obtained. Then we will track back and see when the Melbourne Fraudsters provided their perjurious affidavits to the UK interceptors – not rocket science 🙂

December 2014 and Australians are LinkedIn

Read this post for background on the theft of data, which the Melbourne Fraudsters orchestrated. This article is still being written and more juicy information will appear shortly.
